freeview in just got to order a scart to rca adaptor the one I had was a in not an out forgot that they are slightly different

just finished installing the freeview.
hid the aerial in the head lining.
picture is great on most channels but a few crack up.
Can any one recommend a aerial?

You can buy a twin pole one that fits in the screen (right down each side) there is a teckie name for the, I'll see if I can find it..
