Ebay classic winch bumper

This one was one i made for my truck originally out of metal from scratch:

I Dont so metal fab as an everyday thing. I am working on a winch tray for my truck which i will make and then have made up by a company to make these winch bumpers. If i new how the L200 bumpers went on or someone had a winch tray then its possible in the near future to make a l200 specific winch bumper

Sounds good Jo. Like I say I'll get down to you and we'll work out the best route. Raj has a good question....... I don't know much about winch trays.. are they universal?

Im more than happy to bring my truck to you, i already have a winch bumper, the tray from that could be used to do the measurements? I like the look of that bumper only 4x4 iv seen it on is a sujuki, and iv never been able to find a manufacturer for it......................................... until now

its a long way from you to me dude and for a first fit and test it would be too much to ask. From those measurements would they even fit on yours trucks. If i did end up with a truck in front of me i can hold one up and have a mess around, draw on what needs changing, lines and what not

the winch trays are not usually universal you can buy some on ebay but they are crap, they are usually made to fit onto factory holes that are truck specific usually on the chassie. The good think will be that could have the same designs on different winch trays etc.

ive never had a suzuki, but they did have loads that had quite aggressive looks were all on the Sj s and what not. I designed mine after looking at a few of these

Haha it never stops . Remember the other day saying to a friend " wow I've taken a really useful pick up truck and turned it into a impractical gas guzzling tank, but man it looks sick " hahah
