I have an L200 k74 2.5d automatic 2004, if i have a full tank i can do about 400km is this this normal? Its about 18.7L/100km seems alot to me only removed the complete egr cooler and did the blanking plates no engine light on the dashboard

That is pretty low - I get about 350 miles (563km) on a full tank.

What could be the problem? There is ne check engine light or leak

Not sure mate tbh - I've had problems with the injector pump that gave me poor fuel consumption (was down on power though).
