Ok, so I decided to do the same as a few members and mount the reversing screen in the sun visor. Started well and start to finish took just over 2 hours, BUT, being big headed i failed to account for the thick screen that obviously made the standard visor thicker and mounted the wire frame in the wrong position, didn't open fully. Stripped all back off and redone, working now.
Frustrated at being so stupid, I proceeded to change a bit of the centre headliner piece, again being pig headed, I've went and mounted it back on off line.
Moral of this one: just because you can do things fast doesn't mean you shouldn't measure, check and re check.

But thats just a mistake daz,we all make them....reversing into a giant redwood without seeing it is just stupid,so i think the ears should stay with al.....and as al's was such a biggy i cant see anyone taking them anytime soon..probably not even this century..although i have heard they are teaching chimps to drive cars so..who knows......lol
