ive a new to me k74. which i love. im prety sure tho that the 4x4 is, erm, broken.
no lights on dashboard. as in not even when the iginition is turned on, maybe the bulb fell out.
i took it to a gravel car park to see what happens when slid into 4high and on full lock and creep around in circles. no screwdriver on scaffold pole noises.
did notice that the inside rear was doing a great job of chewing up the gravel tho. almost like the diff was locked, this k74 has not got a diff lock rocker switch, i will look underneath the truck soon, but its raining just now.
ive had a look through what i can see on here as a guest, until i get to login proper.

So got the cluster out and the bulb is missing. Will look to source another and then let the fun begin. It didn't get taken out for no reason , right .

BUlb could have been taken out due to it falshing , which is usually a vacuum issue . If no diff lock button on the dash next to the steering wheel ( right hand side ) , it could well have a limited Slip diff
