Hoping for a bit of advice.

No eml on, but often losing power when driving up hill. Truck gets stuck at 2k rpm, followed by a build up of black smoke. Sometimes doesn’t get past the 2k until ground levels out.

New fuel and air filter. Been told could be the MAP sensor that needs changing.
