Hi
I have a slight hesitation on acceleration when pulling away and on gear changes, the truck pulls ok after what seems to be a slight misfire.
Previously to this the truck was pulsing on acceleration but that seems to have gone now and the above problem has appeared.
Any suggestion would be a great help

cast your eyes through past posts and threads, there was a recent case of this - Often the cause can be a simple case of needing to change the fuel filter - any ideas when this was done last?

Hi mate, as basil has said could be fuel. How many miles since the egr manifold had a de coke?

No good asking me on this one....

But I had slight hesitancy at 1600ish rpm, and it turned out to be a pipe partially blocked.

Cleaned up, and runs like a treat now

When was the fuel filter last changed? have you tried putting a can of Forte Advanced Diesel treatment in your fuel?
