If a temp password hasn't come through after 15 mins just request another one.

We don't have any access to passwords or sending out temp ones, the system does that automatically

The same happened to me the other week and i applied for several resets with no joy.Lucky enough i remembered the password but how about signing up again and perhaps admin can the adjust you post count etc to what you were at originally

Yep, as a last resort I can do that if you cant get a temp password through
