Just removed egr valve,blanked it with a kit I got off ebay,good quality using 6mm plates £11 delivered.Bargain...

when you have an idea woody , let us know if theres any change in performance, mpg etc?

That's the same kit I got, I was surprised how thick the plate was, good quality

Does yours have the cooler Woody?

I didn't notice a change in MPG or increased temp, the only difference for me was that it made the acceleration smoother and more responsive

did mine months ago, may have improved abit, the peace of mind however is massive

Just been for a spin,definitely smoother through the gears and seems to pull harder in 3rd n 4th.Tickover is moother also.I still run the factory air-filter but while fiiting the blanking kit I removed the air box that sits under the air-filter and blanked that off aswell.All is good....me happy.....
