Out today and the truck has decided it dosent want its brakes any more.
Pedal goes all the way to the floor soft and brakes are very weak. Fluid is above low level, no tell tale signs of fluid leaks from around brakes.
constant braking lights up brake warning light.
Any ideas?

Could be the master cylinder, I would think that with no vacuum the brake pedal would be hard not soft.

Does sound like seals in the master cylinder. Especially if you have no leaks.

Vac pipes can split or perish. Start there.
You might see/feel/smell brake fluid on/under driver's carpet if the cylinder is leaking.
Check your Flexis are in good nick
then leaks around the front pots or inside the rear brake drums.
I assume the handbrake still works?

Check your vac hose on front left side of your fuel filter,(about 6" long with a slight kink)after a body lift that one had popped off with me and I had exact same brake problem
