Ok this is odd.
Today I checked my interior light bulb, fine. Located the "room light" fuse, removed to inspect, fine, replaced fuse, heard an odd noise, unable to find said noise, removed and replaced fuse again, traced noise to inside, the cd multichanger was cycling through the tray like when you first put it in. Defiantly triggered by the replacement of the fuse.
Very odd.
Still no "room light"
Any thoughts or experience with this???

I think the interior lights , stereo and possibly the clock all run off one fuse
was it a fuse under the bonnet that you pulled or one down in the footwell ?
my cd changer goes through the cycle but only after it's lost it's permanent live
