I had a box fitted that was the wrong one from what I can tell. I had to pay for the props too be altered and the wheel drive lights illuminate all the wrong way round. How can I resolve this?

ok i havnt seen this gearbox but heres a go...
if there is one switch on the gearbox that send the signal back when 2wd, 4wd or diff lock is selected
find the 2 signal wires, so put it in 2wd and find the signal back, put it in 4wd and find the signal back, then once 100% sure, cut the two wires and swap them around, that will reverse the signal back to the ecu this swapping the lights round on the dash, but be sure to find the correct ones on the multiplug!

you say your 2wd/4wd lights are lighting up the wrong way round? but do light up?? theres your signal getting back. you just need to use a multimeter and find the 2 signal cables on the multiplug that goes into the sensor on the gearbox. is it auto or manual?

ok im not sure what box you have in there but there will be a switch somewhere on it or the transfer box for the 2wd 4wd selection. if you find it, unplug it and see if the light goes out, ull know its the right one then. if need be, take a pic of the correct one and post it
