Hi there
Engine squealing between 2 and 3000 rpm. Only under load wont do it on the drive. Not the belts. Any ideas. Only been happening since I did the head gasket.

boost leaking from somewhere a hose of the manifold would be my bet i have it too with my over boost mate

id agree, either slight boost leak or exhaust manifold/egr leak, take a look and see if you can see any black soot freshly built up in a join

Just thought I would confirm that it was a gas leak. The gasket between the turbo and exhaust manifold. Tightened it up more and all is well now. Thanks for your help.
