Hi all, have just changed prop centre bearing, marked prop before removing, fitted new uj , prop centre bearing came with no spacers as old one did to connect to chasis so made some up when refitting bearing.Trouble i am getting now is a vibration through truck at approx 2000 rpm, any ideas what could cause this?

Its possible the new bearing did not require any spacers... also why didn't you just refit the old one to the bearing mount, as normally it's just a plate..?

The old centre bearing had spacers attached to mounting bracket, the new got from the net did not have them, thought I ought to put spacers in as it would affect angle of propshaft.
