Anyone no what mite be wrong with the truck repackaging at high review or when pothe foot down

Hi , what years the truck , may help with diagnosis. Also by high revs, what sort of revs we talking about and next question and sorry for a little ignorance on my part, but what do you mean by ' fluffing'?

It's a 56 plate bud.I mean when I desperate when get over 2500 rpm or get up to speed the truck is holding back for a we bit then it takes of.eng clue what it could be

Take it 56 Plate new shape , if so , have you ever had the EGR cleaned or manifold , as I beleive they get clogged with carbon deposits restricting the flow

He bud new shape one .no if not had them cleaned b4 is it an easy fix and what would it cost to do .thanks for the help bud

no idea on price but hopefully @Gezza or @Skotl may be able to shed some light on that one, hopefully they'll pop in shortly and see this thread and be able to help a bit more. Another silly question when was the fuel filter last changed , as that can also cause loss of power

a few people have removed the egr on the new shape too might be worth considering

I knew what a fluffer was @123hotchef ...hust was trying to work out how it fitted the problem

Lol like the posts Lol. Changed fuel filter but problem got worse .if in nootreal and hit the gas the revs go up then stop then go up then stop then . Some times truck drives good then it just starts holding both then it g.e

it has been known for some newshapes to not run very well on supermarket diesel ..... where did you fill up last time ?

All ways bp the egr valve is marketing a funny. Noise what's that meen

Could the throttle body be the problem it makes a winding noise ever few minets

Hard to say..I wonder if @Gezza or @skotl have any ideas.?
