2001 4Life 88k lifted

#1 by S13dr1fter , Tue Feb 03, 2015 9:03 pm

L200 4Life
88k miles
FSH from mitsi up to 71k
Mot till may 15

33" tires
16"x8" et0 steel modular wheels
2" body lift
55mm wheel spacers
Extended Braided hoses
Terrafirmer custom winch bumper
Custom skid plate
side exit straight through exhaust
Chrome roll bar
Spot lights wired onto a separate relay.
silicone intercooler hoses
Lower 76.5 thermostat fitted
Air filter is ready for a snorkel.

The bodywork and chassis are in Good condition, ive only been offroad 3 times since modifying it, its never been off road before that. It is however amazing off road. its been welded in a couple of places, not patched but cut out. feel free to come equipped with a hammer.
The engine has just had the head gasket replaced, cam belt kit and a full head rebuild at 86k miles. The head was pressure tested just to be safe. I regularly get 30mpg on a run (450-500 per tank) , possibly better when im on the bio diesel. ( 40 litres will be included)
All original parts will also be included (wheels, spare, bumper, air filter)
I bought it to carry my bicycles around mainly but I fancied having a car again, that's the only reason. I love it.
Its much cleaner now than in the pictures. winter is so annoying.

Im after £3000 ono

Trucks located in poole, dorset

That's a lot of truck. Low miles, sensible money and the most robust variant of the engine. A good buy there for someone.

A very nice truck and I'm only £3000 short of the mark or I'd have it.

you could try sending him a PM by clicking on his username then "send private message" and see if he replies @ginger_thc

I'm sure i remember seeing this one on FB with the head off and he was asking if he should fix it to sell it or just sell as is.... that was a good few weeks back though and could have been a different truck with that Transition sticker down the side...

Hey so sorry guys. I was so busy with the new truck I forgot to come on this forum to finish this thread.
I had the head off to fix it easy peasy. I was struggling with the fuel timing. It was underpowered and out slightly. Must have been adjusted last time the belt was done for some reason.
