Can someone post me a set of Rallitronic box fitting instructions please

There's not much to it, assuming it works first time(!).

Take the plastic cover off the top of the engine and you should be able to see where the cables connect to the injector cables. The rest of the plugs are all fit-only-one-connector type.

The problem comes if you turn the engine on and the EML comes in immediately - that suggests that it needs to be reprogrammed by a ralliart dealer, which could prove tricky.

I had issues with mine, which has been on since new. it shows a fault code suggesting injector circuit voltage to high. Decided to rip it out. No more issue.

The first one I had gave the same fault code as above, injector voltage too high. The second one I have bought works fine. Dead easy to fit as said above take off the plastic cover, plug into injectors, two sensors and connect to the battery.

All done, no issues, no lights works brill, thought I would have had issues with it being auto but nothing. Well happy

Have you also fitted the brass bleed valve that goes between the Actuator and turbo? Glad it's working fine.

No mate it didn't come with one, I have been trying to source one.

Good luck with that.. Ive never seen one forsale... If you had a boost gauge, you could use a ball bearing type pressure valve to set boost pressure... Or if your happy the now, then just leave it
