I have decided to sell my truck and thought i would offer it on here before advertising it elsewhere.
It is an 04 4 life,black over silver with 125,000 miles. I have extensive service history and all mots for the last 10 years. The bodywork is very good,with a few minor dings on the tub.
I have owned the truck for 2 years and i am the 4th owner. Mechanically it is very sound with belts and pulleys changed at 100,000, and a new clutch 2 years ago.
Since i bought the truck i have fitted a stainless steel exhaust,new starter motor,new battery,new discs and pads, hubs and bearings were serviced when i changed the discs.new prop centre bearing. lsv was overhauled with new brake lines fitted, new leaf springs and shackles fitted 2 weeks ago,blue led console lights and white led interior lamps.
I have changed the oil and filters every 5,000 and changed rear diff oil 6 months ago. The cloth seats are excellent having had covers on all its life. It also comes with a mountain top and chequer plate tub lining. I have also overhauled the tow bar and fitted a new drop plate and bolts. Included in the sale is a rear diff pinion seal and 2 new uj's for the prop,which i haven't had chance to fit.
So overall the truck is in excellent condition and is a fine example with all the usual faults sorted.
It has a 12 month ticket and the truck will come fully valeted. There are some piccies of the truck on this forum somewhere but i shall take more and post them at the weekend.
So if you're looking for a sorted classic this truck will be hard to beat. I am looking for £3250.

Hi Yozer, if you put "spit and polish" in the thread finder box you will find some photos i put up a few months ago. Just some of the body and engine compartment, when i've valeted it over the weekend i will post more.

Cheers George, like lots of peeps on this forum i,ve spent lots of time and money on my truck. But i have just bought a peugeot expert so it has to go.
Also i keep remembering stuff i've done, its had a new steering box, a kenwood bluetooth cd/radio, refurbed wheels, and all tyres are good inc spare.

I've seen this truck in the flesh,it's a beauty,a bargain for someone

Jeez, and this will really up the ante, recently fitted lexis type rear light clusters. I can,t believe my tablet will not allow me to put the "u" in lexis. Is,nt technology s.h.i.t.e.

So keeping the rust bucket just need to put my horns on but need to refabricate the tub first @Hornstar ....think if I put them on now can just see the tub blowing up as I blow the horns due to the rusty state it's in
