I have a CK3100 in my truck paired to my Iphone 4s, when anyone calls me the wireless goes silent but I do not get a ringing tone, when I notice the wireless has gone silent I press the green button and it takes about 5 seconds for the call to be connected, I have tried it on auto answer and its the same.

do you have a ringtone set on your phone or is it set to vibrate or silent when this happens?

as long as the system is conected properly and the silly world of apple has granted you permision to connect to a parrot and youve paid your extra fees! lol then normally they just need an update. ive got the special cable needed to update it and you can download the software from there website, if you need it let me know and ill post it but MUST COME BACK!
