It's in Fermanagh n.ireland. They where asking 2100. I've agreed 1700 with them, it says gl on the ad and I've got a quote on insurance and it said gl
Think GL was an import possibly

Rust will probably be the biggest concern- front cross member and under the rear. Check 4x4 engages and disengages, no sludge in the header tank particularly oil....

Yeah agree Lee, base model ( good old Google! )...depending on condition I would say 1200-1500, at 1700 would need to be near mint...

Cheers for the advice. I know I'd get a lot more for my money on the main land, but over here we get shafted on car prices!!!! lol
I'll check for the rust, and 4x4 engaging. I've a friend who said the turbo can be troublesome but are cheap to replace

Yea, I'm going to try and change my arm with more off. Any other tips or advice guys?? I've one other question to Change between 2wd and 4wd do I need the clutch in??
Yous have been a big help, I really appreciate it
Turbos are not that common a fault, they are pretty decent all things considered other than the engines are soft, head gaskets in particular, some say the older ones have slightly better engines, but their perhaps less shit but still shit all the same, and at that mileage I can't imagine it'll see many more winters on that engine unless it's already been replaced.
As said its expensive at 1700, given its 15 years old and been to the moon and back, but it looks reasonably clean for its age and I know that motors go for daft money in Norn Iron

Don't think you need the clutch in to change in 4x4 ( as an auto wouldn't have a clutch.....) , habit with me though , I'm moving a lever so I put the clutch in!
