the seller has just edited the item completely so it keeps its number but is a different item, I have seen it a few times on things I have been watching. I wouldn't be surprised if its a wasy of avoiding fees , as technically, the listing hasn';t been finished by a sale, or ended early ( something ebay algorithms watch for )

Im guessing it was going to be a monster truck project but got abandoned .
The huge body lift looks stupid and not safe at all . Would be like driving a house on stilts
