They are hell of a lot cheaper than the Eco fans which don't last that long before the thermo coupling goes Pete tong.

wouldn't say air movement was huge , but room does appear to be warmer, so guessing its gently moving it around.
You can put you hand on the otherside to the fan and it is definately cooler than directly in front of the fan ( if that makes sense)
