electrieal problem with 4 day old l200

hi does any one know of any electrieal problemon the new l200 mine problem is radio goes off and thr amber key light comes on , its back at the garage and they cant find the problem any help guys .thanks

brand new? maybe the controls on steering wheel or the clock spring wiring

Alternator not charging battery? , so non important systems shutting down as battery drains.........
