Hi all,

Today was driving my 2005 l200 warrior and it suddenly went into limp mode. Turned it off now when i turn it on just revs right up asif my foot is planted on accelerator, no eml light on etc disconneted battery still the same. Anybody have any ideas what this could be or things i could check.

Check the 2 sensors on the acellerator pedal mate could be something as simple as a stone or twig. Or worse the sensor is busted

Dont suppose you have a picture of what they look like? Is itt expensive to replace? And a hard job to do?

Managed to sort the revving a little plastic peg had come off whxich i presume Stops it overevving. But now the engine management light has come on and in limp mode. Will get diagnostics on it tommorow
