Front shocks replacing

I am going to change both front shocks but don't know where to start lol and wondering of any tips


If it ain't broke don't touch it

Start buy purchasing two new shocks.
Undo top nut undo bottom bolt and fitting is a reverse procedure

There off flea bay 39.30 for a pair item number 151428700215 do I need to hold the bottom wishbone up with a strap or will it be ok to just take off and replace??

No need to strap it up the shock will adapt to the length they are not tension loaded..
Remove the wheel for better access but in theory you can do it with the wheel on

Job done now only driver side was a bitch had to hacksaw the top nut off

Yeah they are and unlike Toyota they don't get recalls every 5 mins loo
