Combustion leak testing

Hi all, just wanted to ask if anybody has used the systems in the photos before and how reliable they are. One is the pressure test and the other fluid type.

1998 twin cab, import,3" Full chrome bars/spots all round, tints,deflectors, 2.5" suspension lift, 2.5" body lift, polly bushes, rear diff lock, 33"x12.5" KL71 tyres on 15"x10" rims.
Snorkel........OH!! and lots of rust.

I got mine pressure tested and yes it was pressured so got a sniff test done but no change in colour,after 3 yrs ive got very small bubbles in expansion tank with very little loss of water,so im going to leave mine till it goes as it drives fine.
