Blue / White is power..... Black is neg....... Green / White is the illumination, the other Green / White is the illumination for the Ash Tray.

Cheers Lez, thanks for that. I had a look at that wiring diagram, and it might as well be in Russian, I wouldn't have been able to decipher that.
If i connect a phone charger to the blue and black wires, will that work when the ignition is on? thats what i'm thinking at the moment

Yes mate the Blue/White is the positive and the Black is the negative ( Earth), if your charger cable is just two wires Black/White and Black, the Black/White is the one to connect to the blue.
