been shopping around for comp insurance on L200.
Best quote so far is £500 from Adrian Flux, but i just read some horror stories about them on this forum!
Where's the best place to insure an L200 ? am 65, no claims, no convictions, 20 year NCB..

The potential high insurance cost for an L200 has led me to look at the shogun (am i allowed to mention that on here?!)
i'm looking for a 2002-2005 car for up to £3.5k. This will only be used as a second car, doing about 6k miles a year.

what's my best bet & what do i need to look out for?

postcode will have a big effect I believe

have you added another named driver to your policy ? that will usually bring it down a bit

no i haven't but will try that adding my 2 sons..

try just adding one first as sometimes having 3 people on a policy puts it up again from my experience

A plan are very good too , as are Brentacre. SL4 being a Slough postcode could very well put it up. I used to live in SL6 and my insurance then waS ridiculous compared to immediately after when i moved to Ex22. On my car i had then my insurance dropped by a £1000 a year!
