2010 warrior 112k, if car locked with remote alarm will sound at some point, sometimes within a minute or two other times it can be half hour or more so a little spurious. The bonnet switch for the alarm was a little furred up at the base so have cleaned up but no better. I dont really know much about alarms but i can tell u the following -
The single wire to the bonnet switch has 12.7 v to it, the base of the switch has good earth.
All four doors lock and unlock and the corresponding switches work perfectly as tested manually noting the courtesy switching by hand.
Sometimes when locking remotely with bonnet up u get an off chord beep to suggest a door is not shut and sometimes u don't.
I m curious how a single 12v feed to a plunger switch will trigger the alarm, if i can understand how it works i can establish if its working or not,
Its fine if vehicle is locked with key, presumably the alarm isnt set
Regards.
Steve
