Hi guys, I've just purchased the above but I have the check engine light come on after hard acceleration and the vehicle going into limp mode until it's restarted.
What I'd like to know if there is a way of reading the fault codes myself and counting the light flashing?
If so also a list of the codes to look up.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Mark.
2008 L200s can be read by almost any OBD code readers even the cheap models.
Yes the cheap readers wont re set ABS etc but will tell you the code.
What area are you from? another member may be able to read it for you.

I'm from mid Wales.
I was wondering if there was a way of reading codes like on some of the older Mitsubishis where you just had to bridge pin 1&4 on the industrial port?
