Hi Barry from Ireland. Just bought a 2008 l200 animal and started modding. I have a 3 inch front 2 inch rear suspension spacer and shackle lift installed but now looking at wheels and tires. I have been searching for 2 weeks online but I'm still none the wiser. I want to put on mud tires, looking at toyo open country but still confused about sizes offsets etc. Originally I was going to go 286 75 16 but seeing conflicting information about fit without trimming so have resigned to 265 75 16 instead, unless you can convince me!! I am going to buy steel wheels but lost when it comes to offsets, I see the standard 17" alloy offset is about 30 but cannot figure out what et steels I should order in a 16x7 size. I would like a wide stance but again not overly keen on trimming.

Can someone please help!! What 16 inch steel width and offset should I buy that will fit, and what tires 285 or 265 will fit with my lift.
