Is the silver more scratchable than the blue?? Can you do a test and let us know the results?......

Both scratch similarly, but it polishes out easier on the blue

I've chucked bricks into mine and missed a few times and abused it with other stuff and I find it pretty hard to scratch really

Wonder why mine chips so easy then? Weird! Tailgate is a replacement, wonder if they did a quick flick over the tub whilst they were at it

Straight through stainless exhaust from Simons custom exhausts, East Kilbride. Glorious sound on idle, fabulous reverse burble on glide, and unbelievable growl/BARK flat out. By feck what a mod this is. Faster turbo spool up and hence quicker off the mark. Kept spinning the wheels through Glasgee on the way home. 206 miles at 36.6mpg going home.......brill.

Just been out to town, a journey which is normally 37.5mpg there, and 32mpg back (its downhill on the way) turbo spooling up well quick, and she was showing 42.6 there and 35.7 coming back, much easier access to power. Driving through town getting off the throttle makes a lovely spool down wheeze, which makes bikers nod in appreciation.
So Basils list of must have mods for new shapes...

OME +50kg coils for the front with shocks to match all round

265x70x17 BFG ATs

2.5 " Stainless exhaust straight pipe from the cat back..cats right upby the turbo.

Geoff, you got a link to the +50kg coils mate? Think I may have a broken front spring now.... I also noticed a faster spool with a de-cat on standard exhaust, I bet yours would be amazing!

www.devon4x4.com will do it. I've got a few bits off them including all the OME shocks and coils, plus the Lazer lightbar. Great service and knowledgeable when you call.if the price frightens the wallet, I've still got the standard coils sitting here...
I'll take some proper pics and a vid of the exhaust tomorrow and see if it'll upload....
