#1 by aronw2004 , Sat Mar 28, 2015 10:41 pm

Hi everyone. I have an 07 l200 warrior and I cant get the traction control to work. Its the button by the mirror switches. Is ther a specific way to turn it o and how do you know if its on or not. Is there a light? Unfortunately I dont have a manual for it.

On my 06 animal all I do is press the traction control button and a light on the dash board lights up to say it's active .

Easiest way to tell is boot it around a corner / roundabout, the yellow TC light will flash and it cuts the revs (you know its working)
Mine does this all the time

Have mine on most days when its wet / greasy
As soon as the wheels lose traction and spin, the revs will drop and the yellow light will start to flash

Ah yes your correct . It comes on when it's disabled .
My traction control kicked in the other day driving up a country lane and went on some mud . Strange feeling as its the first vehicle ive owned with traction control

Is the atsc that's disabled not traction control. You need to disable this when offroad or you'll get bagged down.

Wel I can clearly say that it dosent come on. Booted it on a sharp corner. Lots of fun but no lights on the dash and it did not cut the power like it dose usually on the other vehicles I have. Any ideas what could be wrong?
