by the time you get the kit and stuff I should be fit enough to help. Although I didn't remove mine myself, I passed the spanners etc so saw exactly what is involved in doing it .I hope to be mobile again by the end of next week (fingers crossed)

easy job, just get the pipe you need and the cips that dont come as part the kit off ebay before you pull it to bits


no honestly if he had been localish to me i would have said come see me,its not an overly hard job


05 warrior, veg converted, no cat, no egr, no silly steel bin air filter, blood red shackles and poly bushed, buggered

try 7 up - snow white did

I used the existing clips which are fine and fit for purpose; hose can be picked up in Halfords, 1m is plenty for a couple of quid. Can't remember the size but Ock put it into the 'how to' section

anyone tried one of those EGR delete cables on a 2006> B40 ? avoids having to remove any hardware....can't post a link here for some reason...
