I do like the look of the alloy bumper, do u still use mild steel for the winch tray though?

The alloy would be useless mate. It's just an exercise in proving my drawing for hilux bumpers as I can't bend 4mm plate at here I used 3mm alloy to check before shelling out for local engineers to bend my sheet steel.

I like the surf pick-up - someone else did that a few years ago - cant remember who though sure he was famous for his pink boilersuit on the surf forum.......
