As the title says the price reflects the fact that the lights are not on perfect condition. they have had a few repairs made to them by me
namely new stainless studs fitted. Adjuster epoxied to stop the flex. A bit of paint on the brackets some new stainless screws. A few cracks in the plastic have been glued.
Still look and function perfectly.
