Cooked bacon on manifold years ago ,it does work but I left it far tooooo long !It's nice to go fishing and arrive to hot grub . :-)

Castrol R in the frying pan, cook it 'till just crispy,with brown sauce on that is the way to do it......

You can buy mini Foreman Grills that work in your car ,prefer the free manifold cooking method myself.
