How reliable are the sensors for Speedo? Today the Speedo and trip counter failed. The l200 has just had it's 5 yr service and I was wondering if there was a common fail of said component.

not heard of one fail before ............ doesn't mean it hasn't happened though

I think it uses the sensor on the gearbox output shaft, i would get under and check the wiring
