Hi. Hoping someone can advise me on engine differences between 1998 and 2003. Both are 2.5 litre but there are slight differences in the later model. I was hoping to keep my old truck for spares especially as I bunged out £500 for a recon pump but after what was probably an impulse buy I'm not so sure what will swap or fit. Can anyone tell me if there were any important changes or maybe it's the same lump that'll except the older parts still ?

pumps are different one is fbw one is cable operated

I thought as much 😮I think I may hang on to the old one too looks like most parts are available. The chassis is bad but would weld and I could do it up as a project maybe
