Im putting new belts, balancer belt , water pump and tin pulley on . To make life easier I was going to remove the water cooling rad. attached to that and in front of it is the air con rad, do I simply unbolt the air con rad and the fan attached to it and leave it in place? How do I get the water rad out? Is it all from above? Ta for the help as I haven't done this before and I feel I'll be back again!! Regards Nik

Not sure about air-con radiator as I don't have one. First off remove the lower part of the radiator cowl (it just clips on). Then undo the 4 bolts holding the cowl to the radiator and withdraw the cowl upwards. Undo the two brackets holding the radiator at the top and then the rad will come out upwards, after the pipes have come off of course.

Air con will need the gas removing before you can remove the Rad,
Pretty sure it is illegal to just allow the gas to leak into the air.
