Another embarrising one this but need help on removing a headlamp! Its 53 plate l200 with square lights. One obvious bolt in top cross member, my front grill is shot to pieces, screws chorred out or brackests broken plus half the tags destroyed so would like to know easiest way to remove without wrecking anything else. I pulled the connector from the bulb and it was so tight the wire bulb holder came free. Cant see how it goes back easily so decided best to remove the lamp. I know its probably an easy one but advice would be great thanks

no worries bud, it's always easier when you can see pictures of what needs to be done
dont be surprised if half the clips break on the grille when you remove it
as long as you can put 2 bolts back in the top , the grille will sit nicely even if all the clips break
you kind of have to stick a really long screwdriver into the little square holes in the grille clips to get them to release
failing that just pull them and retrieve them after the grille is off
