Clickbait yeah probably! Please help!
I have a 2011 4life pickup, actually here it is(see photo)
As you can see the wheels are pathetic I am trying to put on these alloys I think they are from an older shale l200 warrior, they don’t fit on the fromt because the offset is 10 and hitting the break calipers, my question what size wheel spacers do I need? Would 10mm be sufficient? The wheels are 265/70R16
Really want to get these beasts on as I’m struggling with this current set up! Thanks guys Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

offset on those alloys will be quite a bit more than you already have ...... perhaps 30 to 50mm
when you add spacers you'll be adding another 30mm or so
just be aware that the wheels could well stick out past the arches by quite a margin
friend of mine has put wheels meant for a classic on his 2010 barbarian and they stick out past the arches without adding spacers

Thanks Krutly, do you think it would still be legal if they stick out past the arches, wonder if it will look silly 🤔

a couple of times on my old truck I had an advise at MOT time of " Wheel/tyre protruding beyond wheel arch "
all depends on your mot place and or what view the police may or may not take if they pull you ........ choice is yours really
only way to know for sure is to put them an and see what they look like

worth noting that the 4work doesn't have the extended arches either

As far as I'm aware, if you look from the top of the wheel arch flare vertically down and can see any of the tread poking out then the tyre is illegal. While you may or may not get pulled or fail an mot or just not give a s***, you can bet your ass you're insurance company will revoke your cover if you're involved in an accident.
If you decide you don't like those rims, I need one for a spare ;)

Thanks for info guys, I have bought some 30mm spacers and will be installing this weekend, mot is on Thursday so will have a chat with them, they will 100% be sticking out further than the body so will have to talk to the insurance company too, wish I never bought the wheels now!

Good luck with it mate - personally I think those are one of the prettiest rims Mitsi did, but probably not the best for your truck - got to say Animal's look pretty good with them though.
