I have connected a reverse camera to reverse light cables for power however cable from Pioneer avic z610 needs to be connected to the lead whose voltage changes when the gearstick is put into reverse to detect vehicle is moving forwards or backwards. Not sure I can connect to the revers lights as well so where can I find?
Any advise would be welcome.

If you want a vehicle moving signal there is a yellow cable that runs to the dash clocks for the reed switch I think you might be able to use that.

Thanks mikeinatruck, hope I don't sound stupid but what is the reed switch? Does it run into RV (trip / MPG computer)? Would be great if it does as the speed sensor is there as well.
