A very warm welcome to the forum to the following new member
@tommy2020
@Quoriah
Please tell us a little about yourself and where abouts your are from.
If you wish to see more of the site , maybe The How to section of jobs members have carried out or maybe the online manuals then please upgrade your membership. It is completely free and all we ask is that you Private Message Admin your name and a little message along the lines of ' Please upgrade me ' ( look for the box marked ' Private Messages ' in the top light blue banner, about a third of the way across). we only ask you to do this as it discourages ' spammers ' and ensures only genuine members are upgraded. Your details will never be used for anything else and never passed to anyone else.
Please Note : On average your upgrade should take up to 48 hrs but there are times when it may take longer, please be patient but Admin does it in their spare time
If you have any pressing questions then please ask in the ' Ask Admin /Moderators ' section. Most of the members have access to this section.
We do ask , when posting , that you can supply some basic information about your truck ( such as year of manufacture and series/mark ) to enable a more focused answer.
If you are unsure of which series/mark of L200 you have please follow this link Identifying your ' Series ' of L200
If we could also just ask you to stick a pin in our map for an approx location then our regional reps, when organising events , will be able to contact people within their areas
Adding yourself to the forum Map
Could just let us know where you heard about the L200Forum from please that would be great.
How did you find the L200Forum?
Many Thanks

Thanks for the welcome everybody!
Currently stuck in Bucharest, Romania! Joined here because most L200 forums from Romania are dead or dying.
I drive a Fiat Fullback which is actually a rebadged L200/Triton. It's even made in Mitsubishi Thai L200 plant and before delivery they stick Fiat's brand and Fiat's multimedia / navi system.
Had it for the past 6 months and I already put 20,000 km on it. No issues so far, love it to bits. Actually looking for resources to further improve the car, but so far hadn't had much chance. Hoping I struck gold with you guys.
Roadmap for the next 6-12 months:
- roof baggage storage that extends from the cabin and the hardtop
- remap (it needs a bit more oomph! between 100-130 km/h - few highways in Romania and we're stuck with very crowded 1 or 2 lanes roads where you need to be quick to overtake other cars)
- replace the abomination that is the Fiat multimedia / navi head unit
- skid plates
- off road front bumper with a winch
- maybe install a second battery circuit (deep cycle gel-based battery) just for the winch
- rear bar replacement with something more sturdy and that will also allow 180 degrees opening of the box door
I put in 6-12 months because I am also recouping from a broken elbow (pretty sordid affair) which now prevents me from doing any maintenance or modding work on the car. So most likely I'd like to read stuff about the L200, get familiar with the car before I take any big decisions about modding.
See you all around!
This is the toy!
