why would anyone put it up with no reserve? its asking for a low silly return!

most stuff I see with no reserve has a mysterious zero feedback bidder that places a bid that just happens to be what the seller would have put on as a reserve

I hear what you're saying but its the next highest bidder which is the one used to push the price up (in this case it someone with 100% bid activity with this seller) although the winning bidder looks like a genuine bid. It's funny how having seen so many scams and dodgy stuff we all seem to become over suspicious about everything these days ....... I know I do
