Question is what size can I go up to ? Can I go 70/75 % I want to fill the wheel arch. Thanks

Yeah it's 2013

265 70 17 = max you can go on standard set up

BFGs are bloody good tyres and in my opinion worth spending a bit extra on. I did about 25k on mine and they were hardly worn.
