I was looking to post on the ask the expert section however it wont let me post there

My 55plate l200 truck has failed its mot on

Front Vehicle structure corroded to the extent that the rigidity of the assembly is significantly reduced Cross member (6.1.1 (c) (i))

Aswell as some disc and anti role bar link issues i can sort these however

What am i looking at to sort the corroded cross member is this a bolt on and off part ?

I think the front crossmember will require welding
it's not a bolt on job I'm afraid

very common with these trucks though

it is a weld in part you can buy new ones to weld in

Got to have a good look at the truck today the crossmember does look beyond repair
It does seem hard to see were the rust starts and ends though as there is the part under the crossmember what connects onto the bumper
