I have a 54 plate warrior, I would like to know if I can put the engine from my warrior into a l200 animal?
If so does this mean i have to change the ecu etc or will it just plop right in with no issues?

just plop in right in same ecu same pump so no worries there

I was quite concerned that the whole lot would have to be changed.
But that’s great thanks for the info, I’m gonna start it today so I’ll let you know how it goes in the next couple of days 😛😝

should be east enough being a straight swap.
It will also be faster if the Animal still has the power upgrade fitted

03 Animal may not have a chip. This was the period when Mitsi started to put them in but I don't think they all got one!
May have issues with the transponder chip, so make sure you keep the 03 ancillaries in the 03!

he will be using the key that came with the broken truck so that will match the ecu and imobilizer any way should be fine
