Engine

Engine is making bad knocking noise but still runs with reduced power. Any thoughts?
54 plate 135,000 miles. It's had a new head and cam belt fitted .

Timing belt jumped or bottom end spun a shell.

Owned a classic 2001 4 life with loads of mods. Sadly now dead after 11 uears abuse/ownership.
