Hi all.
I have a 2016 l200 barbarian which I love.
Unfortunately both of the barbarian led sill lights have stopped working. All other interior lighting still works.
I wondered if anyone had any idea what it could be. Ie fuse or relay change etc.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I seem to recall there is a small rectifier or inverter or something that can go faulty
cant remember where it is or what it looks like but I think @123hotchef @Nick or @tmw4562 might be able to help you

it is a invertor to step the voltage up to AC take the seals off and follow the wires back from the blue strip to the little inverter it is smaller than a box of matches, if you have a meter you can test the voltage before and after.
I have some spare stips and invertors here if you find they are dead and need some just shout.

Hi chaps, I have a similar problem, mine is a 2016 barbarian. The passenger side is not working at all and the drivers side has a partially illuminated sill plate. Any ideas much appreciated

Both my kick plates was working up till today please can you give a link to the parts required please .. andyhelen2020@gmail.com

unusuall for both to fail at the same time have you checked the fuse

Update checked voltage and I'm getting AC power think it's around 4volts ac.. to the plate . On driver side .not looked at passenger side yet .. when I manually push door button the AC supply does go off as it should do .. can it be the barbarian strip failed ? If so can I buy just that item ?? 07957654852 if that's easier to reply... Andy

Update it was a loose connection on driver's side..the passengers side I've tracked it back to the inverter getting 12vdc going in but no ac output . Has anyone got one of those dc to ac inverter please
